It was unbelievably unprofessional! Although the staff was friendly, the dentist was ok, the place was filthy looking, the appointment for my son, was not even close to our experience at any other place I've been to in my life. We arrived early and waited at least an hour, they were not even going to clean his teeth until I raised a little stink about it. (this was a first visit for cleaning & checkup. ) I was told IF the dentist had time he would do a cleaning???? There isn't a hygienist there to do the cleanings which left me wondering what was the title of the girls performing x-rays. They didn't pay attention to what my son was allergic to, almost gave him an antibiotic prescription for one he was allergic to. The "cleaning" was not even close to an actual dental cleaning at all, the dentist took a total of 3 minutes performing a so called cleaning and not instructing my child on what to do with the water they were rinsing the cleaning agent with...very disappointed and very uncertain I can trust this place at all! I could go on but the whole experience has given me a headache.
